Impact Damage - Wood Epoxy Repair

Our wonderful client had impact damage and wanted it to look like new.

Here is a quick photo video of what I did. I used 2-conponant wood epoxy, so it has to be kneaded to activate the epoxy. I had to drill a small hole to anchor the epoxy to, then trimmed it once it was partly dried so that I would not have to sand so much damaging the surrounding wood.

Added the base stain bringing the epoxy to the proper color then drew in the grain using a darker stain.

Once it looked right seal coated it in to protect all the work.
